Since July 2015, first versions of the new applications have been distributed, including the critical services managing financial aids. They already result in a strong increase in user satisfaction – 4 to 4.5 stars in the Google Play Store and Apple AppStore for the new main applications.
These strong results allow us to go further. Along with the improved user experience, new essential features are already offered on mobile and will be complemented by services to employers as a major new focus.
A continuous delivery and improvement plan is engaged in collaboration with Pole Emploi and Capgemini to go further over the coming years, thanks to a long-term agile approach.
