🎯 Your Mission
Ensure the growth, satisfaction, and long-term success of key accounts by becoming the strategic bridge between our clients and our expert tech, product, and design teams.
You will support clients over time, secure projects, unlock new opportunities, and guarantee outstanding operational excellence.
What You Will Do
1. Develop and grow your accounts
- Define and drive a clear, ambitious account plan
- Identify opportunity areas: extensions, new projects, innovation paths
- Propose high-value product initiatives that serve both business and user needs
2. Ensure top-tier client satisfaction
- Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with sponsors, POs, CTOs, and other stakeholders
- Lead renewals, re-engagements, and value expansion
- Guarantee a smooth, human, and high-standard experience across all projects
3. Orchestrate collaboration with our experts
- Work closely with PMs, designers, tech leads, AI/cloud experts
- Ensure alignment, communication, and transparency among all stakeholders
4. Drive governance
- Lead steering committees, QBRs, and other key rituals with clients
- Provide visibility, anticipate risks, and reinforce delivered value
- Ensure quality, timelines, profitability, and satisfaction throughout the partnership

✔ Work daily with designers, engineers, product managers, and data scientists — with no silos and no bureaucracy.

Experience & Mindset
4+ years of experience in tech account management, digital agency work, expert IT services, or IT consulting
Ability to understand and challenge technical topics (cloud, AI, web/mobile, data, architecture)
Strong product culture: discovery, UX, agile delivery, user value
Key Skills
Excellent communication and relationship leadership
Comfortable engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders (CTO, PM, PO, leadership teams…)
Strong analytical, structuring, and anticipatory skills
Ability to identify and activate growth levers
