You’ll be at the forefront of creating exceptional user experiences—together with the team.
We are a digital agency that designs and develops ambitious digital products, working alongside both promising startups and major industry leaders. Our playground: diverse worlds such as sports, healthcare, new media, eco-tourism… and many more.
Your role
As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our digital product design process: websites, mobile apps, and complex platforms.
Your mission: turn bold ideas into clear, seamless, and engaging experiences, working hand in hand with product managers, developers, and our clients.
In practice, you will:
- Own the entire product design process (UX/UI): user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes.
- Craft elegant and intuitive digital experiences, whether for web or mobile.
- Simplify complex workflows into clear, accessible journeys.
- Build and evolve robust, coherent design systems used across multiple products.
- Rapidly test your concepts: prototype, gather user feedback, iterate.
- Work closely with developers to ensure faithful, pixel-perfect implementation.
- Contribute to branding and visual identity across projects, and help grow BeTomorrow’s creative influence (design talks, publications, creative initiatives).
What sets you apart
- Expertise in digital design, with a solid understanding of web and mobile specifics.
- A keen eye for visual design: hierarchy, contrast, micro-interactions, animations… every detail serving clarity and emotion.
- A systemic mindset: you think in terms of design systems, accessibility, and scalability.
- Endless curiosity: you explore trends and best practices to fuel your work.
- A strong product culture: you design experiences that deliver measurable impact (adoption, retention, engagement).
It’s a match if you have
- 3–4 years of experience in product design for web and/or mobile, ideally on highly used apps or platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing some of the work you’re most proud of, and the impact you’ve made.
- Mastery of UX/UI best practices across platforms (responsive design, native guidelines, accessibility).
- The ability to communicate your design choices clearly, both to the team and to clients.
- A good command of professional English. (When needed)
