At BeTomorrow, we believe that technology should be a driver of sustainable, inclusive and ethical progress. As a digital services company, we are fully aware of our environmental, social and economic responsibilities, and of the role we must play in the transition toward more responsible business models. This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy formalises that conviction and reflects our commitment to reconciling performance, innovation and positive impact.
Having completed an initial phase of structuring our CSR approach, BeTomorrow is now entering a phase of consolidation and stronger governance, built on measurable objectives that are tracked over time and aligned with the expectations of our stakeholders. This evolution is underpinned by the completion of our carbon footprint assessment, our formal adherence to the United Nations Global Compact, and the strengthening of our social, environmental and economic monitoring tools.
Our approach is structured around three foundational pillars:
We design digital solutions with sobriety, accessibility and ethics at their core. From the earliest stages of product and service design, we integrate responsible digital principles and actively raise awareness of these values among our clients and partners.
We foster inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity within our teams. Internally, this translates into continuous training on the social and environmental dimensions of technology. Externally, it means actively supporting local initiatives focused on education and professional integration.
We seek to minimise the environmental footprint of our operations. This includes rigorous resource management, the promotion of remote work and sustainable mobility, and the adoption of everyday eco-responsible practices across our entire workforce.
This CSR policy embodies the spirit of BeTomorrow: a committed collective, a forward-looking company, and technology put to work for the common good. We move forward with responsibility, determined to combine performance and positive impact in service of our ecosystem and future generations.
BeTomorrow's CSR policy applies to all employees, partners and stakeholders. It covers all of our operations, from our offices in Bordeaux and Paris to every activity within our value chain. Whether in our internal practices, energy consumption or relationships with suppliers and partners, this policy guides our decisions and actions. We are committed to embedding the principles of corporate social responsibility at every level of our organisation. We aspire to work with our technology partners and service providers to encourage practices aligned with our values. Our approach seeks to maximise our positive impact across our entire ecosystem through a coherent and responsible approach to every dimension of our business.
At BeTomorrow, we fully acknowledge the urgency of environmental and climate challenges, and the responsibility that falls on digital industry actors. We are committed to complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations in France, and to going beyond them where relevant and achievable.
In order to ground our actions in objective and reliable data, BeTomorrow undertook its first carbon footprint assessment, the work for which was completed in 2026.
Following this assessment, we commit to:
Defining a carbon reduction roadmap based on the most significant emission sources identified;
Formalising a multi-year action plan, with quantified and time-bound objectives, aimed at progressively and realistically reducing our environmental impact;
Tracking our environmental indicators annually to measure the effectiveness of implemented actions.
This reduction plan will cover in particular:
Limiting waste generation;
Reducing energy consumption;
Impacts related to our digital practices (infrastructure, equipment, design methodologies).
BeTomorrow is committed to building a formalised waste management policy designed to better understand, reduce and recover the waste generated by its activities. To this end, we are putting in place:
On-site waste measurement to gather reliable and actionable data;
Regular analysis of waste volumes and types;
The development, by end of 2026, of a waste reduction plan incorporating concrete actions around prevention, sorting, recycling and source reduction.
This approach is part of a continuous improvement process and a collective responsibility shared by all employees.
Mindful of the environmental impact of energy consumption, we commit to:
Continuing to monitor and analyse our energy consumption;
Identifying reduction levers through sobriety practices (usage habits, equipment, work organisation);
Studying and implementing, where technically and economically viable, the use of renewable energy sources, which are not yet part of our current operations.
These actions will form an integral part of the environmental action plan arising from our carbon footprint assessment.
As a technology company, BeTomorrow integrates responsible digital principles into its practices, particularly through:
Eco-design of digital solutions;
The pursuit of functional and technical sobriety;
Raising awareness among teams and stakeholders of the environmental impact of digital technology.
All of our environmental commitments are part of a continuous improvement process. We commit to regularly evaluating our practices, adjusting our actions based on measured results, and progressively raising our standards to remain aligned with our mission, our values, and the expectations of our stakeholders.
At BeTomorrow, human capital is at the heart of our business. As a digital services agency, we believe that sustainable performance rests above all on the well-being, engagement, health and skills development of all our employees. We are committed to strictly upholding all French legal and regulatory requirements related to labour law, non-discrimination, equal opportunity and the protection of fundamental rights.
BeTomorrow affirms its commitment to respecting fundamental human rights, in accordance with international conventions and the principles set out in the United Nations Global Compact, to which the company formally adhered in 2026. In this context, we explicitly commit to:
Combating all forms of forced or compulsory labour;
Strictly prohibiting child labour;
Preventing and fighting all forms of discrimination, harassment or violation of personal dignity, whether based on gender, origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, beliefs or any other personal characteristic.
These principles apply both to our internal practices and to our relationships with partners and suppliers, within the scope of our sphere of influence.
BeTomorrow is committed to providing a healthy, safe and respectful working environment that protects the physical and mental health of all employees. To this end, we commit to:
Meeting all requirements relating to health, safety and working conditions;
Implementing occupational risk prevention measures adapted to the nature of our activities;
Regularly raising team awareness of workplace health and safety issues;
Supporting work-life balance, including through flexible working arrangements where operationally compatible.
Skills development is an essential lever for employability, collective performance and individual fulfilment. BeTomorrow is committed to strengthening its investment in training. To this end, we commit to:
Increasing investment in training in 2026 compared to 2025;
Designing and deploying a skills development plan for 2026, incorporating:
Technical and professional training;
Cross-functional training (responsible digital, social and environmental issues, professional best practices);
Mechanisms to support self-learning and internal knowledge sharing.
BeTomorrow is committed to a fair, consistent and transparent compensation policy. To this end, we commit to:
Finalising a compensation framework to ensure greater clarity, coherence and equity in pay practices;
Ensuring equal treatment and non-discrimination in all compensation and professional development decisions.
In order to effectively manage our social commitments and bring an objective approach to our continuous improvement, BeTomorrow commits to regularly tracking and analysing key social indicators, including:
Absenteeism rate;
Employee satisfaction rate.
These indicators will be used to identify areas of concern, guide corrective actions and strengthen team engagement.
BeTomorrow is committed to having a positive impact on its ecosystem and on society at large. We support local and national initiatives promoting education, professional integration and equal opportunity, particularly in technology-related fields. We specifically commit to:
Supporting women's access to technology careers;
Contributing to programmes that facilitate employment, career transitions and professional integration;
Encouraging employee involvement in impact-driven initiatives aligned with our values of inclusion, equal opportunity and skills development.
All of these social commitments are part of a continuous improvement process, nourished by actively listening to employees and adapting our practices to social developments and stakeholder expectations.
At BeTomorrow, we believe that lasting economic success depends on transparency, ethics and responsibility, and that financial performance and positive impact can and must go hand in hand. We commit to conducting our business in strict compliance with French law, accounting standards, sound governance practices and the principles of corporate social responsibility.
We systematically integrate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria into our strategic and operational decisions. This approach is reflected in:
Regular consultation of our CSR Committee on strategic projects and key company orientations;
Systematic review of ESG alerts, risks or issues raised internally, with adjustments to our decisions as needed;
Tracking of straightforward indicators (energy consumption, waste, training, employee satisfaction, responsible suppliers) and the production of an annual report, with any alert triggering follow-up and corrective action.
We commit to maintaining relationships built on trust and transparency with our clients, suppliers, partners and investors. In practice, this means:
Fair and ethical commercial practices;
Rigorous monitoring of the quality and integrity of our products and services.
BeTomorrow actively works to strengthen the local economy and encourage responsible innovation. We prioritise:
Supporting local initiatives and companies with strong social or environmental impact;
Creating employment and skills development opportunities in our region;
Participating in programmes and schemes that foster sustainable innovation.
Our economic commitment is grounded in a monitoring and continuous improvement framework that fully integrates ESG considerations. To this end, we commit to:
Annually evaluating our economic practices against both financial performance and ESG impact;
Identifying optimisation levers to reconcile value creation and positive impact;
Adjusting our practices and operational orientations where relevant, to strengthen consistency between our economic objectives and our CSR commitments.
By combining financial rigour, ethics and social responsibility, BeTomorrow ensures that economic value creation benefits all its stakeholders, while contributing to sustainable and equitable development.
At BeTomorrow, we recognise that our stakeholders — employees, clients, suppliers, partners and community — are central to the success and sustainability of our business. We commit to developing and maintaining relationships founded on trust, transparency and mutual respect, while integrating their expectations into our strategic and operational decisions.
We foster ongoing and structured dialogue with our stakeholders:
Employees:
eNPS and satisfaction surveys, systematic collection of suggestions through our internal communication tool, Slack.
Clients and partners:
regular exchanges to understand their needs and expectations, integration of their feedback into service and product development.
Suppliers:
annual evaluation including ESG, ethical and sustainability criteria, to ensure alignment with our values.
BeTomorrow is committed to encouraging responsible practices throughout its value chain:
Prioritising partners who uphold ethical and environmental standards;
Contractual commitment to ESG principles where possible;
Progressive implementation of sustainability criteria in the selection and monitoring of suppliers.
We consider our responsibility to the wider community to be central to our purpose:
Supporting local or sector-specific initiatives (education, professional integration, sustainable technology innovation);
Supporting and promoting solidarity-driven initiatives led by employees, and facilitating their voluntary engagement (information sharing, internal visibility, internal relay);
Strengthening local presence and positive impact on the economic and social environment.
To ensure the effectiveness of these commitments, BeTomorrow relies on:
Measurable indicators: client and partner satisfaction rates, number of CSR initiatives co-developed with stakeholders, monitoring of ESG criteria compliance among suppliers;
Quarterly CSR Committee meetings to analyse stakeholder feedback, adjust practices and define new objectives;
Transparent communication of progress via the "Initiatives RSE" Notion page and annual reports shared with all stakeholders.
These commitments to our stakeholders are part of a continuous improvement process, allowing us to adapt our practices to evolving needs and expectations while remaining aligned with our values and our vision of responsible business.
We have established a clear governance structure to ensure the effectiveness and coherence of our CSR policy. Overall responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of our CSR policy rests with our CSR Lead, whose role is to oversee all CSR initiatives, coordinate actions, and ensure that our commitments are upheld and embedded in our day-to-day practices.
The CSR Committee also includes, on an occasional basis, employees who have contributed to CSR projects, wish to present new initiatives, or want to attend meetings, subject to availability. The Committee is responsible for overseeing CSR strategies, assessing progress, and proposing continuous improvements in social responsibility matters.
To ensure competence and effectiveness in managing our CSR initiatives, our CSR Lead has completed specialist training, enabling them to strengthen their skills and ensure the optimal implementation of our policy, while keeping our commitment aligned with best practices in corporate social responsibility.
Compliance with and effectiveness of BeTomorrow's CSR policy will be monitored and evaluated rigorously and continuously, to ensure that our commitments translate into concrete actions and measurable results. To prioritise our challenges, we have carried out a materiality assessment, allowing us to identify, rank and focus our efforts on the issues most relevant to our business and stakeholders, taking into account their impact and strategic significance.
Progress is monitored through quarterly CSR Committee meetings, which are essential for assessing achievements, adjusting objectives in response to internal and external developments, and identifying new issues to address. During these meetings, the Committee reviews performance indicators, analyses experience feedback and discusses improvement opportunities. These sessions also serve to identify needs, share best practices, and strengthen employee mobilisation around CSR initiatives.
In terms of communication, each CSR Committee meeting gives rise to a detailed report, made available to all employees on a dedicated page called "Initiatives RSE" on our Notion platform. This transparency allows every BeTomorrow team member to follow our progress, contribute ideas and feedback, and stay informed of ongoing actions.
In addition, an annual report will be produced summarising all progress made over the year. This document will present results achieved, challenges encountered and priorities for the year ahead. It will serve as a reference for evaluating the impact of our CSR policy and as a guide for shaping future actions. This annual report will be shared with all stakeholders to maintain an open dialogue and reinforce our commitment to corporate social responsibility.
To ensure that our CSR policy remains relevant, effective and aligned with legislative, social and environmental developments, BeTomorrow commits to reviewing this policy on a regular basis. The review will take place annually, taking into account experience feedback, the results of quarterly monitoring, and new priorities identified through our materiality assessment.
The CSR Lead is responsible for this review process — coordinating updates, proposing adjustments in collaboration with the CSR Committee, and ensuring that any modifications reflect the current needs of the company and its stakeholders. All updates will be communicated to all employees and documented on our "Initiatives RSE" Notion page, ensuring full transparency and continued engagement.
With a view to communicating our CSR policy transparently to our employees, stakeholders and the public, we commit to making this policy available in a clear and accessible manner, so that everyone can understand our commitments and align with them.
For employees, the CSR policy will be communicated through several internal channels: shared on our Slack platform, published on Notion, and sent by email to the entire team. It will also be presented and discussed at one of our bi-monthly all-hands meetings — known as the "Quinzomadaire" — to ensure that every team member is fully informed and has the opportunity to ask questions or share their thoughts.
Our stakeholders will be able to access our CSR policy via our website, ensuring transparency on our commitments. In addition, we prioritise sharing more concise and accessible content, particularly through our annual CSR report, to communicate clearly and clearly on our actions and results.
This CSR policy has been approved and validated by the management of BeTomorrow. It represents our collective commitment to adopting responsible and sustainable practices across all of our operations. This document will serve as a guide for our actions and decisions, ensuring that we remain true to our values and our objectives in terms of corporate social responsibility.
This CSR policy is effective from the date of signature and will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with legislative, environmental and social developments.
