What AI reveals about the maturity of organisations

Real acceleration doesn’t come from the tools themselves. It comes from teams who know how to use them, and who understand the business well enough to ask the right questions before they’re even asked.

Many organisations have experimented with AI. Few have truly transformed the way they work. What is lacking is rarely the technology itself, but rather a deep understanding of the business areas into which it is integrated.

It is this realisation that shapes the way we work, and the organisation we continue to build around it. This issue reflects that.

DELIVERY — A MATTER OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
Spotlight

When you call us, you’re rarely looking for just an agency. You’re looking for a team that already understands your challenges.

Take an urban mobility project, for example: it involves managing several issues simultaneously – public sector stakeholders with their own constraints, real-time data that needs to be made reliable, users who need to be on board, and regulatory complexities that leave no room for approximation. A team that already understands your field means a project that moves forward at the right pace, right from the first sprint.

It is this insight, rooted in our projects, that guided the creation of our Cities Division, dedicated to mobility, transport and local authorities, which complements our Industry and AXLR.ai Divisions.

A division is a concrete organisation of our teams designed to deliver ever-greater value to you: engineering, design, marketing and product expertise delivered by men and women who are constantly deepening their knowledge. Teams that raise the right questions before you even ask them, and that develop reusable technological building blocks.

Proven shortcuts to be proactive and accelerate without compromising on quality.

Of course, the divisions remain interconnected and extend our Digital Services Agency approach. Best practices in architecture, design, marketing and product strategy flow freely between them.

This is what enables true delivery that doesn’t stop at the handover of code but extends to adoption by all stakeholders.

Fancy a peek behind the scenes? We’d be delighted to welcome you (and offer you some canelés).

Cities — Division

A dedicated division to address the key challenges facing the mobility, transport and local government sectors.

At a time when the use of AI is accelerating in the sectors of urban transport, urban planning and regional development, BeTomorrow’s new Cities Division – which complements the Industry Division (Energy, Utilities, Agriculture) – aims to accelerate the development of innovative solutions and the use of specialised technological building blocks.

The cluster’s first success is Ally, a conversational AI solution dedicated to mobility and passenger information, unveiled at the National Public Transport Conference in November 2025, and selected by the SNCF Lab for the upcoming Vivatech event.

The latest addition to the Cities Cluster is PLANEA, a conversational AI solution dedicated to the modernisation of Local Urban Development Plans (see below), which has also been selected to be presented at Vivatech alongside Bordeaux Métropole.

What if AI could bring local urban development to speak?

Planea - Mobile screen

In local authorities, the Local Urban Development Plan is an essential document… but one that is often difficult for citizens to access.

With voluminous documents, numerous appendices and rules that need to be cross-referenced, finding the right information quickly can soon become a complex task.

Designed for local authorities, Planea was developed in collaboration with public sector stakeholders to address these very practical challenges.

A conversational AI solution based on natural language, Planea allows citizens to simply ask their questions and obtain a clear and reliable initial overview of the Local Urban Development Plan.

Planea provides a reliable, structured, sourced and verifiable initial response, relying exclusively on official documents. No free interpretation: every answer is linked to its regulatory sources.

Planea has been selected to be presented at the upcoming Vivatech event alongside Bordeaux Métropole.

Improves the experience for citizens when carrying out administrative procedures
Secures access to regulatory information for local authorities
Facilitates more targeted applications to planning departments
Analyses the regulatory documents relating to the Local Urban Development Plan
Generates a clear and structured response
Links directly to the relevant section of the official document

Mobility & Agent-based AI: where can value be created?

What our mobility projects teach us about AI, its applications and the trade-offs involved.

This white paper is the result of our observations in the field.

Findings, methods, and occasionally our take on things. On what works today, on what still needs to be developed further, and on what we believe is worth considering before launching a project, from the perspective of those for whom the service is intended: users and business operators.

SUCCESS STORY — POLYREY
Industry

A library of ultra-realistic 3D scenes to showcase materials to their best advantage.

Polyrey 3D - visuel Shortcut

Polyrey, a leading French manufacturer of decorative panels and technical laminates, wanted to offer its customers and prospects a visual experience that matched the quality of its materials.

The challenge was to create a visual presentation that was both realistic and evocative within a variety of architectural settings, in order to showcase the full range of applications for its product ranges.

We therefore designed a library of ultra-realistic 3D scenes, showcasing Polyrey and Résopal materials in the French and German markets, to inspire and appeal to architects, designers and specifiers seeking new ideas.

800 3D renderings of different settings
Textures, lighting and reflections that capture the tactile quality of high-end materials
A wide range of applications are represented: kitchens, offices, public spaces, the hospitality sector, healthcare...
