They offer the flexibility needed to adjust to market changes, while guaranteeing service quality and performance.

THE AGENCY’S EXPERTISE
— In agile practices

We adapt our practices to each situation. By keeping our core values as our guide, we can avoid the classic pitfalls of the transition to agility. Our development cycles integrate agile practices to ensure incremental project delivery. You benefit from complete visibility, and we're with you every step of the way: achieving your goals is our priority.

unFIX

Created by Jurgen Appelo, unFIX is a flexible and scalable organizational design model, akin to a set of LEGO™ bricks, intended to help companies navigate our constantly evolving world. By combining principles from lean and agile models, unFIX enables the creation of autonomous, interconnected, and highly adaptive teams, fostering a network structure. Our experts use this model to reinvent organizational structures to  promote continuous innovation and an enhanced human experience.

Design Thinking

The users specifical needs reflect the importance of analyzing their behavior in order to design engaging experiences and ensure a detailed understanding of usage. Our Design Thinking workshops, including strategic consulting, design and prototyping, enable us to energize your product experience and create an authentic emotional connection with all your users.

Scrum

Scrum practices guarantee both transparency and agility throughout the project, in terms of both product and team organization. Sprints, typically 2 weeks long, structure the progress of tasks and encompass all other events inherent in the project, from design to testing, ensuring continuous and efficient progress.

Kanban

The Kanban system optimizes added value through a visual process, using three key practices: defining and visualizing workflow, actively managing items, and continuously improving workflows. It provides practices and metrics for effective, efficient and predictable value flow.

Discovery

At BeTomorrow, Discovery is either a separate phase or completely integrated into the development phase. We define the product strategy and set out quality criteria, as well as actions to improve it and meet new needs. The project roadmap and objectives for future sprints are updated on a rolling basis. Continuous improvement of the delivered product, incorporating feedback from user testing, takes place at each iteration.

Product strategy

We define the main directions needed to realize your vision, highlighting sub-objectives and themes to be explored, without limiting ourselves to a list of functionalities. Working alongside you, we forge a shared vision that guides the development of your product, taking it from idea to reality.

Used-centered conception

A product can't reach its full potential without the support of its users. To keep them interested and engaged, it's essential that it offers an intuitive, personalized experience. To reinforce this conviction, we mobilize our expertise in the mobile and web domains, adopt user-centered design approaches, carry out continuous testing and implement tailor-made analytical monitoring.

Proof of Concept (PoC)

Proofs of Concepts (POCs) stimulate innovation by giving your company the opportunity to explore new ideas. They reduce project risk by validating the viability of intentions at an early stage. POCs provide valuable feedback from user testing, facilitating optimization and iterations of concepts before final deployment.

AGILITY DEVELOPMENT
— AT THE CORE OF YOUR DIGITAL PROJECT

Adopting an agile posture is crucial for software development because it favours rapid adaptation to change, avoiding the delays and additional costs associated with a rigid approach.

Without agility, projects can become obsolete before they are even launched, no longer meeting user needs or market requirements. The most frustrating aspect for project leaders is the imposed framework, which prevents new ideas or changes of direction from being taken into account.

Convinced that visions are built and refined at the same time as the product, we implement short development cycles that are open to regular feedback. Agility ensures that the final product remains relevant and competitive, maximising value for the company and its customers.

OUR VISION
— Of agility

Agility by BeTomorrow

Living agile with BeTomorrow means seeing your product being built at high frequency, right from the start of the assignment. The customer can validate tangible and rapid results, every fortnight, while appreciating the quality of the functional bricks one by one.

As an agile digital agency, we offer our customers access to these proven strategies, inspired by industry best practice and enriched by over 20 years' experience. Over this period, we have successfully completed more than 400 large-scale innovation projects, both nationally and internationally.

Transparency, Excellence, Agility: these are our core values that guide us to ensure that every project is carried out in a climate of trust. We work closely with our customers to support and transform their visions into innovative, high-performance digital products.

Flexibility for constant adaptation to changing markets and needs
Maintaining the high structural quality of the project
Identifying opportunities to improve quality and performance
Ideation workshops for new functionalities
Scrum cycles: sprint, planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, sprint retrospective

Performance indicators

It is our responsibility to carefully monitor the progress of project indicators. We keep a close eye on costs, deadlines, quality and business objectives achieved. Working hand in hand with our customers, these signals enable us to make daily decisions to adjust the future course of the project.

Depending on the indicators, we have to make key decisions such as the level of ambition of the design, the depth of each feature and their prioritisation, the avoidance of obstacles, and so on. All these micro-decisions have a significant impact on the course of the project and, ultimately, on its success.

Transparency on the evolution and history of features

The agile team

The involvement of a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in all our teams means that each of our professions is empowered to take responsibility for the issues at stake. Developers, Product Managers and designers work in the same unified team, organised for success.

Depending on the context of the project, the team, accompanied by its Scrum Master, determines the regular meeting points necessary for the project to run smoothly. They work together to clarify the objectives and outlines of each of these points and to adapt them regularly with a view to continuous improvement in order to maximise the success of the project.

Creativity: collaboration between people from different backgrounds
A steady team and a single point of contact for project management
Commitment: the team develops the entire solution and is responsible for the result
Anticipation of risks in a complex project and across the entire scope
