France Travail sought a new partner for its mobile applications, in order to improve the user experience of existing services (rated 2/5 and 2.5/5 on the Appstore and Google Play at the time) and to offer new services on this medium. BeTomorrow joined Capgemini for this mission, and was chosen for its expertise in mobile and its ability to combine an excellent user experience with industrial-strength service quality.
