Founded in 2020 to break with the opaque practices of digital services companies, KOLABS is a bespoke IT talent sourcing workshop with offices in Paris, Barcelona and Dubai.
With recognised expertise in the premium and luxury sectors, KOLABS entrusted BeTomorrow with its entire rebranding after five years of activity: brand platform, visual identity and website, with the aim of affirming its premium positioning and embodying its values of fairness and high standards in the sourcing of its talent.

When creating a showcase website, our goal was to ensure rapid deployment without compromising the quality of the experience or editing flexibility. To achieve this, we made the strategic choice of Framer, a high-performance no-code solution.
It enabled accelerated deployment of the platform while ensuring simple and autonomous handling by the KOLABS teams, perfectly in line with scheduling and budget constraints.
The redesign of KOLABS' visual identity was based on a dual challenge: to assert a premium, tech-focused positioning while retaining the friendliness and approachability that make the brand unique.
The graphic universe thus defined was rolled out across a wide range of media — print, digital, social media — accompanied by the creation of a ready-to-use toolkit, enabling KOLABS teams to bring the brand to life independently on a daily basis.
The repositioning of KOLABS involved close collaboration with its founder and team, working together at every stage of the process. More than just a simple rebranding, it was a true exercise in collective introspection to redefine what the brand is, what it embodies today, and what it aspires to become tomorrow. This approach made it possible to build an identity that is both accurate and embodied, in resonance with the internal culture.
At the same time, the creation of communication materials was carried out in an evolutionary manner: the new identity was adapted to a wide variety of formats, and graphic codes were adjusted according to usage, while ensuring the overall consistency of the brand. This flexible and collaborative approach laid the solid foundations for a vibrant and sustainable brand.
