Atax Consultants, a firm specialising in tax incentives and public funding, has developed Mathis Bailleur Social, a unique digital platform dedicated to social landlords. Faced with growing challenges in terms of renovation, asset valuation and budgetary constraints, Mathis offers them a centralised, intelligent and proactive solution.

Developed in collaboration with BeTomorrow, Mathis Bailleur Social is designed to anticipate tax risks (over-taxation, overlooked exemptions), enhance asset data, and monitor projects in real time while managing tax deadlines independently.
